She is also labelled as the Cosplay Cutie ng Iloilo during her entrance at the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4, The Big Kick-off.

On July 7, 2012, Myrtle Gail was declared the Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4 Big Winner after staying thirteen weeks in the most popular house in the Philippines.

She is currently a second year BS Accountancy Student at the prestigious, University of the Philippines(Visayas Campus).
