Actress Alicia Silverstone had 60 costume changes in the 1995 comedy “Clueless,” but it was a yellow plaid suit from Dolce & Gabbana that helped make her character Cher iconic.

Costume designer Mona May put that look — and all the others — together for writer-director Amy Heckerling.

So, given the fashion statement it made, surely she’s kept tabs on the outfit over the years since “Clueless” arrived?
